How do I use a bluetooth keyboard with the app?

Our app has been tested with the Apple Wireless Keyboard, but it should work with any Bluetooth keyboard. You will be able to use the ‘Tab’ key to advance between the form elements.

For details on connecting your iPad to a bluetooth wireless keyboard, please see Apple support article HT202042

Why do some emails show the form, while others show a PDF icon?

When viewing PDF attachments in Mail on iPad (or Mail on Mac), a single-page PDF is shown in-place. Multi-page PDFs are shown as an icon.

How do I change the datestamp in the PDF filename?

You can only change the filename on a Desktop computer.

Windows

Save the PDF attachment and locate the file in “My Downloads” or “My Documents”.

Right-click the file and select “Rename”.

You can now enter a new name, or edit the current one by using the left and right arrows.

Mac

Save the PDF attachment and locate the file in Finder.

Click the filename once. Press the “Return” key on your keyboard.

You can now enter a new name, or edit the current one by using the left and right arrows.

What parts of the form can I customize?

If you visit the ‘Settings’ page inside the app, you can customize some of the elements that appear in the final PDF form.

You can add a Company Logo, Company name and address details, Clinician’s name, and Page Size (US-Letter or A4).

You can also set the default ‘To:’ email address where you will receive completed forms.

Does the app store completed forms on-device?

Our app has been created with privacy and security foremost.

No completed forms are stored on-device – they are generated and inserted into a precomposed email. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
